Registered in Chengdu in February 2024, Aisler pairs a sales and engineering office in the Chengdu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone with a production base in the China Electronics Technology City, Mianyang, serving engineering teams across Europe, North America and Asia.
What we do, and how we work
Aisler fabricates printed circuit boards for overseas equipment manufacturers, design houses and EMS providers. The core business is bare board fabrication, from a single prototype to volume production runs, with assembly, stencil and component procurement available as optional add-ons.
All fabrication runs from one plant in the China Electronics Technology City in Mianyang, Sichuan, so prototypes and volume orders follow the same process route and the same inspection standard. Double-sided, multilayer, HDI, special materials, COB and communication module boards are all built on that line. The company is registered as Chengdu Aisler Electronics Technology Company, and sales and engineering support sit at its office in the Chengdu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
Every order is reviewed by our own engineers before release. That review is where most cost and schedule problems are caught, and it is included on prototypes as well as production runs.

Chengdu Aisler Electronics Technology Company is registered on 26 February 2024 in the Chengdu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, within the China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, with sales and engineering support based at the same address.

Mianyang production base qualified
Fabrication is placed on the plant in the China Electronics Technology City, Mianyang, running automated drilling, plating and inspection lines with ERP and MES lot-level traceability from the first order.

Quality and environmental systems certified
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems are certified, with IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 scopes added to cover automotive and medical device programmes.

One-stop PCB and PCBA service
Assembly, stencil and component procurement are integrated so customers can place a single order for a finished assembly.

Special material and HDI range widened
High-frequency laminates, heavy copper, polyimide flex and rigid-flex constructions are qualified on the line, alongside HDI microvia capability for fine-pitch designs.
