Advanced PCB
High Frequency PCB
Rogers, Taconic and Isola laminates for RF, microwave and high-speed digital circuits.

Overview
High-frequency boards depend on a stable dielectric constant and low loss tangent, so material handling and etch compensation matter more than on standard FR-4. Aisler processes Rogers, Taconic, Isola and Arlon laminates, including hybrid stack-ups that mix high-frequency prepreg with FR-4 to control cost. Etch factor is adjusted per material to hold the impedance your simulation assumed.
Key construction features
- Rogers RO4000 / RO3000, Taconic RF, Isola and Arlon laminates
- Hybrid stack-ups mixing high-frequency and FR-4 prepreg
- Material-specific etch compensation for impedance accuracy
- Back-drilling available to reduce stub length on high-speed vias
